Dietro il caro carburanti il collo di bottiglia delle raffinerie.

I prezzi alla pompa salgono anche quando il Brent scende ed anche la tassazione degli extraprofitti, di cui Roma chiede si discuta al prossimo Ecofin, può avere senso dal punto di vista redistributivo ma lascerebbe irrisolto il nodo del meccanismo di formazione dei prezzi sui mercati internazionali.
