Reproducibility, yes, but for who? For our students, or for our students' coding agents?

Will teaching class just become sharing the SKILL.md file? Do we only need to teach high level concepts? ("But who tells you not to use -J in trec_eval to increase your NDCG@10"?!)

Today, at the European Conference on Information Retrieval #ECIR2026, authors of seven #IRRJ papers presented their work in a dedicated #IRRJ session. A big thank you to our editors for running the journal!
