It seems the fedimint software, operated by say 12 local 'guardians' running it as a council, are able to basically produce #bearerTokens, referred to as '#eCash', but to the end user they just see a bitcoin account/amount(?). Everyone in the #federation #mints 'eCash' tokens to themselves or anyone, so without local 'guardians' actively doing #networkAnalysis it may be private(?). Then on top of that the guardians act as a #lightnightNetwork nodes.Locally disintermediated LN?
