Eawag, one of the world’s leading water research institutes, monitors bioretention cells at Eawag and Empa's campus to enable early detection of changes in infiltration capacity.
Continuous measurements of ponding and soil moisture are carried out using our DL-TRS12 and DL-MBX sensors for LoRaWAN.
The collected data supports both scientific research and the development of improved stormwater management methods. #Eawag

Our findings emphasize the importance of accounting for nonlinear density-dependencies and breakpoints in aquatic ecosystem models, as population density significantly impacts #ecosystem functions.
