Found 2 #polypores on one tree. I couldn't get closer to them, safely by myself & just took mini vid from the edge of #nature trail.
The one on the right was quite large - about the size of my head. The one on the left was about a fist & half sized.

This #SweatLodge in #EastSooke has been used for #Indigenous #SweatTherapy ceremonies for about 14 years. It's on a huge forested, peaceful acreage. I heard ravens, eagles, hummingbirds, squirrels, frogs, multiple songbirds & loved the creek, close to sweat lodge. No photos allowed inside lodge during ceremony.
Long, intense #spiritual #healing experience. I felt tightness tensions released out of my body. My mind felt calm, more at peace. I'll be doing more sweats. Incredibly powerful healing.
