…And so am I in a way. This year, Orthodox and Catholic Easter coincide (which happens pretty rarely, as the Orthodox Church is still using the Julian Calendar), so I also decided it’s a good time to make Kulich to share with our neighbors.

The other thing to see in this picture is Paskha, another Orthodox Easter dish, which for some reason is not as well-known as Kulich.
