Yesterday, together with Wolfgang Nestler, we opened his storage in display at Haus Amstenrath in Eynatten (Belgium). The exhibition space is open to visitors by appointment. Under the title SCHLÄNGELNDES ECHO, Martin von Almen and Conni Ottinger provided musical accompaniment to the works, and later Paul Damiano and Katharina Richter danced in dialogue with Nestler’s pole sculptures. Yesterday 130 curious art lovers attended the opening of Wolfgang Nestler's "Werdeformen" at IKOB museum in Eupen. It was a great experience seeing his work which sometimes date back to the 70s looking contemporary and still giving proof to the facto, that art doens't need an academic title to be understood.
