I watched the latest batch of episodes of Transformers: EarthSpark. Without discussing plot points…
My reaction is “meh.” Season 2 is lacking the nuance and depth that made season 1 seem like something special. It’s a well-produced but mediocre cartoon.
I’m left wondering if they got spooked by the people complaining about the wokes and neutered it down to something bland. #transformers #Earthspark #TransformersEarthspark

#Transformers #EarthSpark Nightshade arrived today!
I like how the knives store on the wings, although they could clip in more securely. Wings can pivot to an open or closed position in owl mode without extra hinges because they’re painted the same on both sides.
The robot arms were apparently designed for cartoon accuracy in robot mode, which means they don’t form a clean chest in owl mode. The plastic gaps inside the robot thighs are also very visible.
Overall, a good if imperfect figure.
