Here is a health tip.
Especially if you live in the US where, I understand they shoot you in the head if you break a leg, like a horse.
If you start getting #earpain #earinfection or some kind of #ear thing that's mildly painful.
You can get these "Swimmer drops" which cost stuff all, pop one drop in. And the pain will usually go away.
It usually clears in 12 hours or less.
It's a very mild antiseptic that's designed for ear. It has saved me multiple visits to the doc over the years.

Feels like I've shoved a golfball down into my ear canal. It's swollen and painful and I have things to do today, dammit!
Rest and pain relief for me, and the antibiotic & steroid spray three times a day should help, too.
Don't get sick, guys. It blows.
