I have always referred to the entirety of the Embraer portfolio as “jungle jets” but Moonshot’s Kimi K2.6 says this is instead lovingly referred to as a “Jungle Bus” by the #AvGeek crowd. Maybe I’m just out of touch? Never heard of jungle bus.

Yesterday was the last day for #AlaskaAirlines #Q400 turboprop service at #BellinghamInternationalAirport, a route which is now switching over to #Embraer 175 jets. I'm excited about the upgrade to more fuel-efficient #E175 regional jets, but I'm sure soon enough I'll be nostalgic for the days of flying those noisy old #Bombardier prop planes with their cramped overhead storage.
