Would you use the same assumption for #aliens? If the military (including #NASA) has worked with otherworldly beings, or communicates with them, would the feds be delighted to share that as well?The space programs do admit water is more abundant on the far side. However, I have not seen the officials state the presence of snow, rivers, lakes, or seas, but that does not mean they do not exist there. We cannot see that side of the moon from Earth, and they know it.

That's a theory I've not seriously held since Close Encounters of the Third Kind, and I'm sure many others feel the same.
With Disclosure Day, he makes the silly theory less so.
