Wyobraź sobie, że piszesz do swojego asystenta AI: „Kup mi bilety lotnicze na weekend do Paryża i zarezerwuj hotel”, a algorytm sam przeszukuje oferty, wybiera najlepszą opcję i… sam za nią płaci z Twojego konta.
Taka wizja właśnie staje się rzeczywistością. Visa wraz z czołowymi europejskimi bankami pomyślnie zrealizowała pierwsze transakcje, w których to sztuczna inteligencja fizycznie dokonała zakupu w imieniu klienta.
Agent AI jako kupujący. Jak to działa w praktyce?
Do tej pory modele językowe mogły co najwyżej doradzić produkt lub wygenerować link do sklepu. Dzięki nowej infrastrukturze Visa Intelligent Commerce, boty zyskały narzędzia do finalizowania transakcji. Proces jest prosty: konsument określa kryteria zakupu i ustala sztywne limity finansowe, a bot (nazywany w branży agentem AI) sam przeszukuje ofertę sklepów, dodaje towar do wirtualnego koszyka i dokonuje płatności.
Podczas Visa Payments Forum (VPF) w Paryżu ogłoszono, że technologia ta wyszła już z fazy laboratoryjnych testów. Agenci AI z powodzeniem dokonali rzeczywistych zakupów u takich gigantów e-commerce jak lastminute.com, Frasers czy Cleverbridge. Dla użytkownika oznacza to całkowite przerzucenie żmudnego procesu przeszukiwania sieci i wypełniania formularzy na sztuczną inteligencję.
Bezpieczeństwo zakupów: klucze sprzętowe zamiast SMS-ów
Oddanie botom dostępu do naszych kart płatniczych budzi oczywiste obawy o bezpieczeństwo. Aby system nie wymknął się spod kontroli, Visa oparła autoryzację na technologii Visa Payment Passkeys. Oznacza to, że każda transakcja inicjowana przez bota musi zostać wywoływana z urządzenia zweryfikowanego biometrycznie przez właściciela. Wyklucza to sytuację, w której zhakowany algorytm samodzielnie wyczyści konto bankowe.
Od strony sklepów wdrożono z kolei protokół Trusted Agent Protocol (TAP). Sklepy internetowe zyskują dzięki niemu możliwość odróżnienia certyfikowanego, bezpiecznego bota od potencjalnie groźnego spamu obciążającego serwery. Sklep sam decyduje, czy i w jakim zakresie wpuszcza agentów AI na swoją stronę.
Banki wchodzą w nową erę handlu
Europejski sektor bankowy mocno uwierzył w ideę tzw. handlu agentowego (agentic commerce). W programie Visa bierze udział ponad 30 europejskich instytucji finansowych, które z powodzeniem przeprowadziły autoryzację transakcji zgodną z unijnymi wymogami silnego uwierzytelniania (SCA). Na liście znalazły się również banki i fintechy niezwykle popularne w Polsce, w tym: mBank, PKO Bank Polski, ING oraz Revolut.
Przewiduje się, że w nadchodzących latach to właśnie agenci AI będą odpowiadać za obsługę najbardziej powtarzalnych i czasochłonnych procesów zakupowych, takich jak odnawianie subskrypcji, rezerwacja podróży służbowych czy cykliczne zakupy spożywcze.
