Agent AI jako kupujący. Jak to działa w praktyce?

Do tej pory modele językowe mogły co najwyżej doradzić produkt lub wygenerować link do sklepu. Dzięki nowej infrastrukturze Visa Intelligent Commerce, boty zyskały narzędzia do finalizowania transakcji. Proces jest prosty: konsument określa kryteria zakupu i ustala sztywne limity finansowe, a bot (nazywany w branży agentem AI) sam przeszukuje ofertę sklepów, dodaje towar do wirtualnego koszyka i dokonuje płatności.

Podczas Visa Payments Forum (VPF) w Paryżu ogłoszono, że technologia ta wyszła już z fazy laboratoryjnych testów. Agenci AI z powodzeniem dokonali rzeczywistych zakupów u takich gigantów e-commerce jak lastminute.com, Frasers czy Cleverbridge. Dla użytkownika oznacza to całkowite przerzucenie żmudnego procesu przeszukiwania sieci i wypełniania formularzy na sztuczną inteligencję.

Bezpieczeństwo zakupów: klucze sprzętowe zamiast SMS-ów

Oddanie botom dostępu do naszych kart płatniczych budzi oczywiste obawy o bezpieczeństwo. Aby system nie wymknął się spod kontroli, Visa oparła autoryzację na technologii Visa Payment Passkeys. Oznacza to, że każda transakcja inicjowana przez bota musi zostać wywoływana z urządzenia zweryfikowanego biometrycznie przez właściciela. Banki wchodzą w nową erę handlu

Europejski sektor bankowy mocno uwierzył w ideę tzw. handlu agentowego (agentic commerce).
