Back on my sourdough nonsense today, after that massive fail last week.
I double checked the maths today... I should just accept that my brain doesn't do numbers well and go back to making sure I double and triple check everything. I did that when I was nursing, because the consequences of getting medication calculations wrong could be very fucking dire.
