A bit of #Parkrun tourism today with a #run at #BlackRocks near #Matlock, Derbyshire.

First #5k since the #bloodclot #dvt diagnosis, so took it steady. Felt okay. 🙂

My first "Walk - Run - Walk" since my #BloodClot diagnosis a couple of days ago.

Reading about blood clots, #deepveinthrombosis and exercise, gentle exercise is recommended, so kept it really gentle.

The #Runna programme is definetely on a bit of a holiday though.

Happy clot day to all who celebrate! I was diagnosed with a massive saddle #PulmonaryEmbolism on the 9th of March 2021 and arrived at the local ER a few hours shy of death at best. It's generally thought that I developed a #DVT after a high ankle sprain while exercising. I never had "The Vid"
