My kiddo’s recent involvement in Scouting has me interested in Dutch ovens.
I haven’t done much yet but I love cooking this way. There’s a feeling of improvisation with time and temp being less predictable. The slowness is relaxing.
Here’s a chili with cornbread crust which I made on a recent camping trip with friends. It was a hit, and I’m excited to do more.
