It's interesting, that what made the success of Duo Linguo is its gamification aspect, but this is really what hinders me from using it more.
I can't really explain why.
Maybe because I feel that the streaks and reminders put unnecessary pressure on me. Learning is not a competition, not against other people, but not against yourself either. -
