  1. This is from the Dumpling Mountain cam that overlooks Naknek Lake, Brooks Falls, Brooks River, and Lake Brooks. To your far left is Naknek Lake. People arrive at Brooks Falls by boat or plane. You can see the viewing platform bridge closest to Naknek Lake. That is the starting point of viewing the bears in Katmai National Park via Brooks River & Brooks Falls. You can see the winding river that arrives at the Falls. There are numerous cams around the river, viewing platform, and at the Falls. There are no cams beyond Brooks Falls, which, in this video, you can see that Brooks River empties into Lake Brooks. Katmai National Park consists of over 4 million acres and is the largest national park in the United States. Where I live in Alaska, I am about a 2-hour flight from Brooks Falls, and I've only been once...so far! Thank you for attending my extremely inept and incomplete briefing on Katmai National Park's famous Brooks Falls. #Alaska #KatmaiNationalParkAlaska #BrooksFallsAK #DumplingMountainAK
