Today, B nearly ran over someone who was making snow angels in the middle of a state highway at night. I don't know what I'm more flabbergasted by: that someone would do this or that they'd do it with under a quarter inch of snow.

Yesterday - and a couple of days before - I kept hearing this very low, very high frequency eletricity humming followed by what seemed to be an eletric arc. I look all around the house, no luck. This morning my PC wouldn't boot anymore, I thought to myself "Aha, that was the sound, power supply might have a few dead capacitors". Reality was that my power cable was, somehow, almost completely lose, which was forming an eletric arc between the power supply and the cable.
