1/ Russian ultranationalist political philosopher Alexander Dugin says that "the time has come to strike NATO territory," claiming Russians don't deserve to live otherwise. Russian warbloggers are politely incredulous, pointing out that the population won't support this. ⬇️

@marthadear
#Brexit war hart. Ich hatte zu der Zeit ein Projekt in UK und es war brutal, vor Ort mit zu erleben wie - damals schon - die Fremdenfeindlichkeit gepusht wurde.Als ich damals zum ersten Mal von #Dugin hörte und von seiner Vision, die liberale amerikanische Hegemonie in Europa zu brechen und durch eine #NeoEurasien Identität zu ersetzen dachte ich "wasn Quatsch". Bis ich las, dass einer der Schritte die er dafür vorgesehen hatte war, UK und den Rest Europas voneinander zu trennen…

Alexander #Dugin, the #Russia sociopath on duty:
Russia needs a Corps of Guardians of the Russian Conservative Revolution. This is the main pillar—a consolidated, highly motivated, ideological (to the utmost) power structure. It is akin to the CCP in China and the IRGC in Iran. That is when a country is secure.
The idea is more important than people. The spirit is more important than the flesh. The Motherland is more important than death. And the Corps of Guardians of the Russian Conservative Revolution will ensure that no one deviates from this line.
What he’s really calling for is return of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oprichnina an entirely self-governed and lawless army of Ivan the Terrible who were allowed to kill, loot and punish with no limitations. Dugin believes “FSB is too bureaucratic and soft”, which probably means there’s too little blood and gore according to his taste, because certainly in the number of killed journalists and opposition activists FSB was always the leader since 1999.

@quinn
I don't think so.
But putinists everywhere are striving towards a new "Band of European Nations" (a quote by the German putinist party AfD) instead of EU and NATO. To me this sound like #NeoEurasia as envisioned by #Dugin in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foundations_of_Geopolitics -

@proedie @HOAXILLA @afelia

That "introduce geopolitical disorder into internal American activity, encouraging all kinds of separatism and ethnic, social, and racial conflicts, actively supporting all dissident movements - extremist, racist, and sectarian groups, thus destabilizing internal political processes in the U.S."
Trump has done exactly what Dugin wanted - dare we say under direction from Putin - ensuring a destabilized federation of American states.
-
7- Russia should "introduce geopolitical disorder into internal American activity, encouraging all kinds of separatism and ethnic, social, and racial conflicts, actively supporting all dissident movements – extremist, racist, and sectarian groups, thus destabilizing internal political processes in the U.S. It would also make sense simultaneously to support isolationist tendencies in American politics".
-
In the Americas
In the Americas, United States, and Canada:
6- Russia should use its special services within the borders of the United States and Canada to fuel instability and separatism against neoliberal globalist Western hegemony, such as, for instance, provoke "Afro-American racists" to create severe backlash against the rotten political state of affairs in the current present-day system of the United States and Canada.
-
This threat was the ability to have US forces join European forces in any action aimed at repelling Russian forces anywhere in the Europe.
Objective 4 is what brought Finland and Sweden to join NATO, having seen Putin's actions in Ukraine as well as having had to put up with a number of Russian incursions into Finnish airspace.
-
Of these, objective 3 has _already been done_. Why was Brexit, an idea known to be bad for the UK before people voted for it, forced on the people of the UK? Because the UK has had military links with the USA, and the UK could call in favours from the USA having provided necessary reinforcements for American forces in various theatres of war. This made the UK a threat in the eyes of Dugin, who wrote Putin's To-Do list...
-
3- The United Kingdom, merely described as an "extraterritorial floating base of the U.S.", should be cut off from the European Union.
4- Finland should be absorbed into Russia. Southern Finland will be combined with the Republic of Karelia and northern Finland will be "donated to Murmansk Oblast".
5- Estonia should be given to Germany's sphere of influence.
-
In Europe
1- Germany should be offered the de facto political dominance over most Protestant and Catholic states located within Central and Eastern Europe. The Kaliningrad Oblast could be given back to Germany. The book uses the term "Moscow–Berlin axis".
2- France should be encouraged to form a bloc with Germany, as they both have a "firm anti-Atlanticist tradition".

#Dugin : the countries of Central Asia and the South Caucasus should not be sovereign.
According to him, #Moscow should not tolerate the existence of independent Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan.
