Could y'all please recommend sources of dryland rice?

Traditional paddy rice cultivation is a source of greenhouse gases: "Methane is released from rice fields subject to long-term flooding, as this inhibits the soil from absorbing atmospheric oxygen, resulting in anaerobic fermentation of organic matter in the soil."

Growing rice without keeping fields flooded reduces GHG emissions, and perhaps reduces arsenic uptake. 🧵
