He criticized President #Biden’s physical appearance, attacked MVP #KamalaHarris as having “cognitive problems,” made a baseless claim that other countries were deliberately sending prisoners to the US & veered into Russian military #DrunkHistory as he suggested #Russia was likely to win its war w/ #Ukraine. “They beat Hitler, they beat Napoleon. That’s what they do,” he said.
