Struggling to focus this week, the first time that I feel working from home is a disadvantage.

Fairly certain the cause is the ongoing shortage of the ADHD drugs I’ve been taking for a dozen or so years. Supply was erratic at the start of the year, and I’ve been unable to get anything at all since early July - barring 14 days supply in August.

Mounjaro supply shortage appears to be worsening. 5mg is no longer available. 7.5mg is still not available. It’s _possible_ I might get my prescription fill of 7.5mg next week. But if not, I’ll be without medication again.

Really tempted to tell my doc that I’m willing to just give up on this medication because, at this point, insulin is working, and supply of glp-1 drugs is just a stress point.

I’ve used my last Mounjaro pen with my refill still on back order after 2 weeks of waiting.

I’ll be visiting my endo’s PA on Tuesday (was already scheduled) so we’ll see what she thinks is the next step. The 15mg dose has had the biggest impact on reducing my insulin dependence. I can, maybe, go with a lower dose temporarily, but this might start messing with any drug coverage.
