I wonder what happens with all of the Hogmanay fireworks. Have they made special fireworks (colour combinations, size, shape, etc) that are now useless and the council have to pay or are they just going to reuse them in another event? 🤔
Drones wouldn't have had this problem. "No event? Okay, we'll just keep them in their boxes".
