I'm devastated about #DrMichaelMosley. I enjoyed his shows and loved his podcast. #JustOneThing was really great for my mental health. In an age where health trends go hard, it's a really nice low pressure podcast of just trying one thing and seeing if anything suits you. I even enjoyed trying everything once to keep my mind fresh.
