Decided to do some drip coffee this morning. Coffee of choice today was a Sumatra blend from my local coffee shop I go to.

Ah, The Day Of Coffee Upgrades.

Now owner of a Normcore V2 Handgrinder and an April filter to bring my filter coffee game into the 21st century.

I love my V60 01, but it was time to try something else.

The Normcore is way above my current hand grinders in terms of speed and size distribution, at least that's the hope.

First cup a bit underextracted, but still quite tasty.
