More experimenting with sweet potato (in bread dough.)
Spoiler alert: it really is excellent bread!
Ingredients:
500gr strong white bread dough
225gr water
200gr sweet potato
12gr of fresh yeast
10gr salt
Two handfuls of Turkish sun-dried tomato
Around 1gr each of dried oregano, cumin seeds and dried thyme.#Bread
