There is now additional documentation on the Teambuilder matching feature for hackathons on the #dribdat website: https://dribdat.cc/matching

Civic #Hackathons bring together administration, professionals and users to develop innovative solutions in a short time. Yet how effective these formats are depends crucially on how the teams are formed. How can #diversity be promoted with technical support? Our work funded by #Innosuisse and implemented in #Dribdat is featured in a (German language) edition of the BFH Social Work magazine #KnotenMaschen https://www.bfh.ch/soziale-arbeit/de/aktuell/blog-knoten-maschen/artikel/vielfalt-als-ressource-koennen-algorithmen-bessere-teams-bilden/

The Teambuilder, an automated recommendation engine that matches people to each other based on their skills and interest at hackathons, has been released with #DRIBDAT v0.9.4 https://codeberg.org/dribdat/dribdat/releases/tag/v0.9.4
With thanks to the #HackIntegration research team at BFH and the University of Zürich. Pull the Docker image and try it out!

Congratulations to all contributors and organizers of #HackdaysUri last weekend. Looking forward to hear more about your impact! In the meantime, I see your ideas cooking on #Dribdat

The Backboard in #Dribdat is finally available in a Vue 3 edition. It's taken me a while to get around to upgrade, as it needed a rewrite in several parts.

Just (slightly) updated the homepage/docs for #Dribdat at https://dribdat.cc

Of course I also find it quite suboptimal that all the work happens on 🇺🇸 GitHub rather than a sovereign 🗽platform like #Dribdat - for now you can find the challenges at https://github.com/swiss/e-collecting-hackathon (but stay tuned as I have already mirrored them locally and will set up some 🐝hexagons in a bit)

When the AI generates documentation for AI features written with AI support, that old Python really starts to byte down hard on its own tail 🐍 #dribdat https://deepwiki.com/dribdat/dribdat/6.3-ai-assisted-content-generation

For an example disclosure see the latest #Dribdat release v0.9.2 https://github.com/dribdat/dribdat/releases/tag/v0.9.2

Disclosing AI support is a big topic in the open source development community right now, and as #Dribdat now also has had a first PR with purely AI-generated code, I've started a discussion over on GitHub about it. Feel free to ping me your thoughts here as well. #generativecode #responsible_disclosure

Checking the #FOSSA compiled frontend dependencies of #Dribdat - compared with the Node packager list on the right as an exercise in the workshop. The link is in the badge at the top of the README https://codeberg.org/dribdat/dribdat/

My own first attempt to get #dribdat into #NLnet did not go through, but I am thankful to the fantastic feedback also from @ISOCSwitzerland && am encouraging others to discover the funded projects, and consider applying for the next call (deadline June 1) https://nlnet.nl/news/2025/20250401-call.html
