I wish #municipal employees were as happy as #librarians are when you come in to make use of their services. Went to the #DPW to get a permit to use the #recycling/#compost facility in our new town and the guy refused to look at the water bill I pulled up on my phone to verify my address, so I had to go back home to grab a paper copy and come back.

It didn't look like he was constantly having to fend off people intending to use the facilities illegally.

Also they need to update their website.
