* If a customer can be emailed photo of their bin the data is not anonymised.
* DPIA for this kind of system would need to consider actions of 3rd parties putting things in bins after they were put out and have a mitigation.
* Specific data protection notice would be required detailing this process

@secupriv @vosje62 dat lijkt me ook. Een of andere FG heeft dit toch goedgekeurd bij een #dpia lijkt me. Dat is de zwakke schakel: dit soort partijen zouden preventief door een #AP onderzocht moeten worden.

Je kunt #DPIA's blijven doen tot je een ons weegt, maar zolang BigTech geld kan verdienen met jouw data zullen ze nooit privacy vriendelijk worden.
Het is niet normaal dat we dit soort #surveillance diensten onderwijzen! Alsof kinderen na school opeens de privacy policy gaan lezen en denken "hey, dat is slecht, laat ik naar een alternatief gaan zoeken"

Um jeito de minimizar os riscos ou pausar entrada das #bigtech na educação é usar o mecanismo de RIPD (relatórios de impacto à proteção de dados pessoais) previso na #LGPD (já estamos conversando com a #ANPD sobre isso).

O equivalente (#DPIA) na #GDPR europeia funcoinou bem contra práticas abusivas na Holanda.

Natuurlijk, Google zal vast dit probleem weer "oplossen" door hun diensten zo minimaal mogelijk aan te passen en nog een juridisch inlegvel bij te leveren waarin ze plechtig beterschap beloven.

Om gelijktijdig een volgende (#AI)functie toe voegen die wéér niet aan de #AVG/ #GDPR voldoet, wat dan in de #DPIA van 2026 boven komt, waarna ze het in 2028 deels "oplossen". Enzovoort, enzovoort.... zo gaat de #dataroof eindeloos door.
