the very professional couriers working for the very professional DPD parcel service are clearly physically unable to:
- pick up the phone they provided (third day in a row),
- read the text messages with the gate entry code and address details (third day in a row),
- ring me stating that there is a problem (guess what, for third day in a row).
i think i'm just a little bit angry now.
