Irgendwie ist #Dotwatching sowas von anders als z.B. die Td[FS] passiv im Fernsehen zu konsumieren. Jeder ist Zuschauer und Kommentator zugleich. Und doch geht's dabei — zumindest hier im Fediverse — auch freundlich und sehr gesittet zu (auch wenn #Bikolinux wohl hier andere Erfahrungen gemacht hat). Mensch bekommt hier vor allem Fakten oder Details mit, die mensch selbst nicht bemerkt hat und tlw. sogar aus erster Hand von den Teilnehmenden selbst. 🥰🤩

die #dotwatch bubble hier ist so aktiv, dass ich gar nicht mehr alles lesen kann, das war vor 2-3 Jahren noch ganz anders. Schön zu sehen, wie das Fediverse und das Interesse am Sport wächst 👍 #tcrno11

@ascentale #BikeNite A good mix of responses. I'd be curious to know age (and nationality?) of those that cite Armstrong as being the turnoff. ie, I think there's a dopage lightbulb moment for each generation to deal with as they see fit.
My A2: I'll tune into all kinds of cycle sport but can drift in and out of actually following the grand tours during their 3 weeks.
Will watch CX, track cycling, DH/XC MTB events plus the Freeride/Slopestyle kids. I'll also #dotwatch ultra distance stuff.
