Am I the only one who can't play #Dorfromantik anymore?

The game #Dorfromantik after update 1.2.2 😢

today's achievement: 4 solo games of Dorfromantik board game.
I haven't gone this far in the campaign yet, exciting! (Mostly because it's the third or fourth time that I restart said campaign with different players - apparently I hadn't started a proper campaign on my own yet!)
Playing alone makes it feel quicker, and playing a few games in a row makes it trivial to re setup and start again (it's quite hard to stop when you just unlocked one more tile/rule :) )
My edition is in German though so that requires a bit more brain when a new rule spawns (and I realized after the second game today that I had misread a core rule - making my life significantly more difficult) (and the game far more luck dependent)

Mal eine Regelfrage. Wie ist diese Karte zu verstehen? Soll man da ein Gebiet bauen, an dem drei Fahnen angeschlossen sind und das mindestens 40 Punkte hat oder 40 Punkte durch Fahnen erhalten? 🤔

Ich habe jetzt schon mehrere Solo-Runden Dorfromantik gespielt und in der Form und mit der Kampagne ist es ganz nett eigentlich. So gibt es immer wieder neue Sachen. Allerdings habe ich schon mehrere Runden richtig abgelosed. 😂

Dann probieren wir mal wieder eine Solopartie. Diesmal Dorfromantik, was uns zu zweit nicht viel Spaß gemacht hat (allerdings wussten wir vorher nicht, dass es ein Kooperationsspiel ist).

A day late for #DIDit but I installed #bazzite Linux today on my #gaming PC.
Dual boot to Windows still works, thanks to @WenAstar and @mdione for tips and l encouragement in that regard.
Had some issues with the existing Steam library, because it was NTFS and mounted wrong. #StardewValley worked anyway, but #Dorfromantik and #Enshrouded needed the correct mount options.
Looking forward to not having to resort to WSL anymore when I want to do some programming on that PC.

#Dorfromantik hat mich damals am PC schon nach 3 Stunden spielen unglaublich gelangweilt.

Heute das erste Mal am Tisch, die ersten drei Level durchgespielt.

Als #Brettspiel im Multiplayer ist es vielleicht minimal interessanter wegen der Interaktion, aber die ganze Kampagne durchzuspielen reizt mich trotzdem nicht.

trying for the Tower achievements in #Dorfromantik and im not sure im a fan. placing all tiles such that there are no incompatible borders is fine for short streaks, but to hit 200, where im at now, youre basically contorting whole playthroughs for that goal, and even then ultimately it comes down to rng. it means im passing up placements that appeal to my aesthetics in favour of creating a map thats little more than a big ropey mess.

and theres one more level beyond 200! i cant even imagine.

I thought it was impossible with so few cards left. But I did it in the last minute. Now I can have some nice deers in the forest.

@PitheadStudio ich spiele recht gerne mal Cozy Games zum Runterkommen und Entspannen. Aktuell bin ich bei #TalesOfTheShire als Hobbit im Auenland unterwegs oder puzzel mir schöne Landschaften in #Dorfromantik zusammen. 😊

Zum Ende des Tages habe ich auch nochmal eine Partie Dorfromanik in der Computerspielversion probiert. Mit 17220 Punkten war es mein zweitbestes Ergebnis insgesamt. 🙂

Zum Jahresende mit der Familie noch die Ballonfahrt und die Baustelle in der Brettspielversion von #Dorfromantik freigespielt. War doch nicht alles schlecht 2025. 😀

Yesterday I played a round of #Dorfromantik again, and it was so relaxing.

@JulietEMcKenna @mainec #DorfRomantik, at least two "Lord of the Rings" tabletop games.

Am Wochenende #Dorfromantik gespielt. In der ersten Runde war ich ja noch skeptisch aber ab Runde zwei hatte es mich gepackt. Dass die Runden aufeinander aufbauen und das Spiel nach und nach komplexer wird, finde ich großartig. #Brettspiel

Day 26 of #cosytober2025 : "Game"

I was really looking forward to this prompt as early last week I had the idea to try my hand at a pixelart visual of one of my favourite cosy games, #Dorfromantik. I even did a quick test of the idea (will put that into a reply below) & loved that so much already that I almost couldn't wait for today 😄

Should I ever try my hand at a demake of that game, I now know how it'll look ^^
