This is a tropical storm system it's headed towards the North. I'm so glad that it decided not to come close to my country.
My country has a geographical location to the storm formations so they are either still relatively weak, or if they are getting power they decide to go much further in the ocean. The reason why formulate the sentence in this way is because all prediction models said that one arm of the storm, the outer fringe of it would Grace my country.
I am glad that the storm did not feel welcome here.

I couldn't find a suitable replacement for #iTunes, and somehow I settled for a player called #doppler which pairs with a tagger called #yate. I don't know why, it was at the peak of Covid. I was probably going insane.
Doppler is so barebone you may as just listen to the preview in Finder. Doesn't support Genres, it's just title and track name and that's it. And Yate is so insanely complicated it's lke learning Rust from a textbook written in Ethiopian.
I finally ditched the two of them and replaced the player witn #Swinsian - it's like the original iTunes but without Apple's bullshit.
As for tag editing, asking an #LLM to write a quick golang script to achieve whatever I want to achieve is WAY easier then trying to get my head around the insanity that is Yate.
I think there'll be more and more cases like that, where people used some weird niche packages just because they were the only game in town, but now thanks to LLMs they can finally ditch them and roll their own

1. Bring an Album grid for Albums in Doppler
2. Alltime feature was of iTunes and on my iPod was Coverflow love to see this or some new approach

Because an an nasty bug with #Doppler an went the entire year back to #Spotify i have an lot of bootleg albums and i really dislike the Apple Music (formely known as #iTunes). I tried it again this year but still not solving the issue, artwork disaster etc ….
Thankfully #Doppler single developer fix the macOS issue this fall and i can fix sync my libary for macOS >> iPhone
Love to hear people love the app like @nileane …
