Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff

All those things that you are worried about today? Most of them will not matter in a year, or even a month from now. That research paper that’s due at the end of the semester, or that big presentation at work tomorrow? Once it’s over, you will forget all about it and the stress that it caused. Instead, appreciate the things that will last, like faith, relationships, love, your physical and mental health. Everything else will fall into place.

I’ve spent over fifty years of my life worrying about achievement and what others think of me. Believe me…it’s not worth it! Try to gain a new perspective by being thankful for the little things. Stop and smell the roses along the way. Your body will thank you.
