A more real world example is that if you're putting up a non content wrapped screenshot of say anti trans fascist propaganda and writing underneath it, you are:
A) distressing trans people
B) spreading fascist propaganda
It was a real problem on Twitter because it got round all the blocks.

One thing that has cropped up is that people are claiming that the safety interests of black people and #Queer and #trans people are not aligned.
This is untrue. A request for additional comms functionality is not a safety tool. Black people have also requested Block Party. #missedQuotePost
This is a classic attempt to set minorities against each other promoted by fash using #DivideAndRule

@futurebird My lived experience is that QT are used for fascist propaganda. Allies "dunking" or "calling out" led to the _repeatedly seen effect_ of spreading fascist propaganda. The #HateGrifters knew about it and used it, again and again and again.
QT, _as used on Twitter_, will be excellent news for fascists. Different restrictions? Maybe good.

@kentparkstreet @GranularDwelling17 I think maybe have a look at @shengokai work and comments on Mastodon. Whilst I agree that we should get people off that site and to a place that is a non festering pit of Nazism ASAP, the infrastructure is not in place _in the opinion of those affected_.
I have been following #StayAndFight #MastodonDesign #MastodonSafetyTools #DontSpreadHate and some others but your opinion would be welcome if you wanted to contribute. 😀

Because these tweets with the thousand likes? Usually 4Chan crafted images designed for maximum provocation and got round blocks because "Allies" as opposed to #Allies were retweeting it. Bloody nightmare.

Some people live to #StayAndFight which is basically enriching Nazis and making _themselves_ feel good.
Online requires very different tactics to IRL. IRL Nazi-Face-Punching activists have real skin in the game and it's disrespectful to say it's the same online.
