🎮 Day 15 - Tell Me Why by DONTNOD Entertainment
Thanks to @nocci's reminder, I started playing Tell Me Why last night. I picked up the first episode quite a while ago, since it's been free during Pride Month for the past years, but I never actually sat down to play it.
I must say, I missed the episodic, LiS style vibe in a game. It feels almost a bit slower even than other, similar games I've played, but in a good way. I love walking around and exploring what's there. I like the dialogue options. I'm digging the story. I finished episode 1, bought the other two today and can't wait to finish it.
The game deals with a tough story, but still, it felt like it introduces you to the characters and their past in such a gentle way that I personally didn't feel unsafe, or rattled. Sure, emotional, but that's what it's supposed to do.
Also, what the heck, a trans character in a game, and the game is about them? I can't celebrate that enough. All I can do is thank the creators. It makes me want to check out their other games too. ☺️

A user contacted Don't Nod about the mod's inactivity, but the type of that ticket was changed to Publisher Support. When I raised the issue on the publisher's Discord that currently has the Progress flag in its image, my message was removed, and I was told, in the true spirit of bureaucracy, that they had nothing to do with that server and that I should contact the developer or Discord (which I had as well). 2/2

Life is Strange (LIS) : nouveau jeu terminé. Cette fois-ci c'est purement narratif, le genre de jeu avec lequel j'aime bien finir ma journée, sans stress... j'ai hésité à aborder cette série de jeux, mais finalement sans regret, j'ai bien aimé le concept.
Avant celui-là, dans le même genre, de type film narratif, j'ai fini "Tell me why", et "LIS : True Colors", et le suivant sera "LIS : Before the storm", suivi de "Lost Records: Bloom & Rage".
