ABC staff are demanding a fair deal from management. We want salary certainty, pay for the work we do when acting up, and better access to career progression. (And pay that doesn’t go backwards so fast would be nice.) We will be voting NO to management’s insulting offer and preparing for industrial action. #DontDiscountABC
