@HeidrunMueller ...US BOYKOTT wäre immer noch gut, keine US Waren mehr kaufen...aber man muss eben MCDonalds ersetzen, AMAZON, Apple auch vergessen...und TESLA, um die es viel zu ruhig geworden ist...dann bliebe noch GMAIL abschalten etc., etc.
MAN MUSS NUR WOLLEN, sonst bleiben wir SPIELBALL...auch bei der NATO...dann besser EUROPA-ARMEE ......und USCHI weg aus der EU-Spitze...ist viel zu weich...und konnte nur "KINDERGARTEN" beim BUND (!!!)

Wasted all day today on the ARGON ONE V3 case
My new Raspberry Pi 5 16GB arrived today as did my Desk Pi Lite case.
The Plan was to move my Raspberry Pi5 8GB from the ARGON ONE V3 Case to the Desk Pi Lite Case put in a clone of the SSD that's running in the ARGON ONE V3.
Insrall the Pi 5 16GB in the ARGON ONE V3 case.Old 8GB Pi 5 with the cloned SSD instantly booted in the Desk Pi Lite case.
16GB Pi 5 booted instantly with an other clone of that SSD on a Geekworm X1001. Updated the Pi firmware and rebooted. All fine.
Next step put the Pi5 16GB into the ARGON ONE V3.
should be easy...
connected the extension board and the NVME via PCIE flex PCB.
Screwed in the 2 tiny screws.
Closed the case and screwed in the 4 case screws.
Connected it to power and... nothing.
0 power draw.
OK time to re-open and reflash the controler.
Still the same, not a Milliwatt power draw.
3 PSUs and 12 reassemblies later...
Same result.It's dead Jim.
Don't buy that crap

Was asked by my neighbor if I could assist with her Samsung TV a couple of weeks back. We identified that the One Connect Mini device was the culprit. The TV itself does not have HDMI ports, this device does that. Samsungs sales pitch is, that in case HDMI version 24.0 comes, one does not need to by a new TV, but just a One Connect Mini device. Sofar so good.
However, I have tried everything to get a replacement or repair service. Nothing. They can't be repaired and they do not sell them anymore. Second hand market also dried up.
So just because the otherwise perfectly working TV does not have internal HDMI ports, my neighbor needs to by a whole new TV!
