While Saja's husband Ahmad has been recovering from his recent surgery, he experienced a serious complication.
Saja contacted me recently to tell me that Ahmad has been taken to the hospital because of a urinary catheter that caused a wound to his bladder. He didn't notice because he has no feeling in his lower body. He lost a lot of blood and some people donated blood so he could regain consciousness. Now he needs bladder surgery. I have asked Saja for more details about the surgery and will add any I get. Please donate and share to help him out!
Also yesterday (Nov 8, 2025) Ahmad contacted me to ask for help for food and other necessities for his children and to cover the treatment he needs. Money can’t be subtracted from the medical treatment and Ahmad said he needs the wheelchair to get to the hospital for medical treatment, so I moved the funds for the bladder treatment from last week to the wheelchair to prioritize the wheelchair fundraising.
It’s urgent to raise this money as soon as possible. Only $10 have been raised in the last 3 days and there have been no donations since yesterday! Please donate if you can and reblog!

Last week the $500 was raised for Ahmad’s medication, but because if this additional expense, the fundraiser wasn’t able to meet the weekly treatment goal, so I have again subtracted from the medical treatment for that amount.

Maram asked me to show the video she shared with me of the destruction of her family home. She shared a second video as well which I have uploaded separately since Tumblr only allows one video per post.
She is distraught with worry over her son Malik, as he cannot be easily moved due to his neck injury. She also still suffers from severe tooth pain which she needs dental work to address. She is overwhelmed by a sense of loss. Please donate and reblog to help her out!

URGENT SURGERY FOR INJURED CHILD!
Maram’s 10 year old son Malik was injured when he fell off a high swing while playing in the park. Doctors told them he needs urgent surgery to avoid paralysis, but the surgery costs $5,000. She was also told the doctors would need to discharge him from the hospital soon to make room for other patients if he doesn’t get the surgery by then.
Unfortunately, she was not able to raise the money in time, and Malik had to be moved out of the hospital on Oct 30, but he still urgently needs surgery. The hospital has rescheduled his surgery for Feb 22, but that’s too far away for his serious injury, and so Maram is seeking care for him at a private clinic.
She was hoping to be able to raise the money quickly, but fundraising has been going slowly, and she says she still needs to raise around $4,000. Additionally, from what Maram has described to me, it sounds like Malik has developed bed sores from being bedridden for so long.

Ahmad has told me that the price of the surgery is $2,500 and the hospital admission fee is $100 per night, and they aren’t sure how long he will need to stay.
Ahmad’s surgery is scheduled this week and he really needs to get it as soon as possible. He’s already waited over a month and a half for this critical surgery.

CW: Mutual aid, sooner the better
Seems I will have to take my pc to a person to look at it, diagnose the issue, and spend far more money than I have to fix it. Knocking out my only means of income. This comes after I've applied to countless jobs that are remote.
Honestly devastated right now but we can only do so much.

Jaafar is a computer engineer from Gaza City. He recently had his birthday, where he turned 25 years old.
Jaafar desperately needs to raise funds for his fundraiser, but his Tumblr accounts keep getting deleted, cutting off his ability to keep in touch with potential donors, and in fact I have had to use other methods to keep in touch with him. Because of the constant deletions, he's had great difficulty finding consistent support. And the problem is not just with Tumblr: he's told me that even email can be difficult for him to access because of the restrictions placed on Gazans.
Jaafar is trying hard to meet his campaign goal. His campaign is currently at $48,858/$50,000. Please donate and help him obtain the remaining $1,142 as soon as possible.
