In July 2024, Philippi told another CHS about the impact of attacking large interstate substations and said that attacking several substations would “shock the system,” causing other substations to malfunction. In Sept, 6 Colorado voters filed the suit argueing that Trump is ineligible to hold office again under the #14thAmendment’s §3. That section disqualifies anyone who “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” against the #Constitution after having taken an #oath to support it.

The juror’s names are listed early in the sprawling 98-page #indictment, as required in #Georgia, making the state an outlier among federal & state court systems.
Now some of those #jurors have had their faces, social media profiles & possible addresses & phone numbers shared on internet sites, in some cases w/the suggestion that they should be harassed — though it was unclear on Thurs if anyone had followed up on those suggestions.
