I am sure people will be reassured that 4 out of 5 had not been reported for domestic abuse. And while reported does not mean convicted, not being reported is not a guarantee that they have not been yet.
Lots of nots there but there is a strong correlation between domestic violence and rioting neds.

Rural, remote, and northern B.C. communities are experiencing disproportionately high rates of intimate partner violence death, a new death review panel from the B.C. Coroners Service has found.
The panel, which released its report Monday (April 27), says its findings are “unequivocal.”
Between 2016 and 2024, at least 135 people – that includes partners, children, family members, friends, and perpetrators themselves – died as a result of intimate partner violence. Those 135 deaths happened in 107 separate incidents.

I was reading about a woman from Taipei who was giving rat poison to her lover from Australia to keep him bedridden. The man wanted to leave her.
Another woman, this time from the Sichuan province in China, had become so dissatisfied with her marriage that she decided to ask for a divorce. The man refused and even got angry, so the woman used -- you've guessed it -- rat poison to get rid of her brutish husband.
When an Indian woman had learnt that her husband was planning to leave her for another, younger woman, she resorted to poison. No, it wasn't rat poison this time. She used the toxin of aconite, also known as women's bane or wolfsbane, to get revenge on the husband who had betrayed her.
“I would like to die with dignaty with my family by my side,“ said the misspelt suicide note of a man who had unwittingly drank antifreeze liquid. I say unwittingly because it was all planned by his wife and daughter who had had enough of the man's domestic abuse.
I could go on and on with these social cases, but clearly, society has become way too dismissive and indifferent to the troubles of domestic life.
