Finally (mostly) fixed the framerate and audio stutters in Dolphin Emu on my Steam Deck whenever I pressed the volume buttons.
Turning off vsync does the trick. The framerate only slightly goes down now and with turning that off and enabling audio stretching there are no audio stutters at all.
And that also improved the stutters in general, not just when pressing those buttons.

I love thrift shopping in Japan because I picked up an Elecom Bluetooth 4.0 USB dongle for $5, which will be perfect for connecting Wiimotes to my desktop for Dolphin in the future :)
Finding something like that in North America/Canada in places like Value Village is near impossible on a regular...Of course, I still need to solve the sensor bar situation too...
