Finally (mostly) fixed the framerate and audio stutters in Dolphin Emu on my Steam Deck whenever I pressed the volume buttons.
Turning off vsync does the trick. The framerate only slightly goes down now and with turning that off and enabling audio stretching there are no audio stutters at all.
And that also improved the stutters in general, not just when pressing those buttons.

The highest version of Dolphin (5.0-20347 as of writing) seems to have a bug where everything in the game list appears twice. Is anyone else seeing this? Windows 10 22H2. #Dolphin #DolphinEmu #emulation #emulator #emulators

the camera controls being inverted is really weird to get used to again, though
it also made me realize why younger me preferred inverted controls in other games for a long while: Sunshine was one of my most-played games as a kid, so inverted felt normal

The latest Dolphin beta seems to be pretty VoiceOver accessible on MacOS. Has it changed at all on Windows? I remember having issues with it using NVDA in 2019 or 2020. #Dolphin #DolphinEmu #Emulation #accessibility

I love thrift shopping in Japan because I picked up an Elecom Bluetooth 4.0 USB dongle for $5, which will be perfect for connecting Wiimotes to my desktop for Dolphin in the future :)
Finding something like that in North America/Canada in places like Value Village is near impossible on a regular...Of course, I still need to solve the sensor bar situation too...
