⚠️🌬️ Met Office have issued a Yellow Warning for Wind, 6am-9pm Sat, covering #Barmouth, #Dolgellau, #Porthmadog and the #LlynPeninsula. Unseasonably windy conditions forecast (40mph gusts), accompanied by heavy rain in the morning.

❄️🚗 Poor driving conditions reported on #A470, between #Dolgellau and #Mallwyd. #snow

Not the easiest of conditions for my last day on the #hills of #NorthWales today. 40mph gusts and drizzly rain made hard work of an ascent of Gau Graig along its rugged northeastern ridge. #Dolgellau appeared to be getting better weather far below. I'm obviously getting old as I had the sense to abandon hopes of Mynydd Moel and Penygadair.
