#Achtung! Osterglocken (Narcissus pseudonarcissus) oder auch Gelbe/Weiße #Narzissen sind stark giftig für unsere Haustiere.
Nicht nur die ganze Pflanze samt Zwiebel ist für unsere Haustiere gefährlich, sondern auch das Blumenwasser, in dem sie ggf. in der Vase bei Ihnen in der Wohnung steht. Gerne gehen unsere Vierbeiner an abgestandenes Wasser und gerade das kann gefährlich werden!
Gleich mehrere Toxine in der Pflanze sorgen bereits 30-45 Minuten nach Schleimhautkontakt oder Aufnahme von Planzenteilen/Blumenwasser zu Übelkeit, Erbrechen, kolikartigen Bauchschmerzen und Durchfall. Bei Aufnahme von Mengen über 15g (bei einem mittelgroßen Hund) kann es zu Unruhe, Angstzuständen, Herzrhythmusstörungen und Schwäche bis hin zum Tode kommen.

realized i haven’t mentioned my dog here yet. this is max, he’s probably an australian cattle dog. he turned 15 at some point in August.
he sleeps 22 hours a day and he’s going deaf and senile and i love him very much.

This weekend was my sons first birthday and wife chose “Wizard of Oz” as the party theme. This meant Harley got to dress up as the cowardly lion. He escorted our guests down the yellow brick road, and then proceeded to mooch food off of them. He had a huge day and overdid it a bit with three hours of walking around. He was VERY tired that night and needed extra physio the next day. But he had a great time (my son did as well).
