Legally baseless, time-wasting bullshit by #Trump. #JoeBiden isn't a party to the criminal #documentsCase. He cannot be subject to a #gagOrder. Trump may not know this, but his lawyers sure as hell do. In any other courtroom, they'd be subject to #sanctions for making such a frivolous and vexatious motion, but since it's #AileenCannon's court, she'll probably take 6mo to consider it, and actually try to gag the president. I'm completely fed up with this bullshit.

Cannon still refused to let the defendant's family in after the federal prosecutor cited one of two important SCOTUS cases on the public trial rights (Presley v. Georgia). Cannon overruled his objection, too."
