She used a footnote from corrupt Justice Thomas Clarence — one single opinion, NOT even supported by a Supreme Court majority, just one corrupt Justice, ONE! — to dismiss on a trumped-up technicality that does not have precedent.
I read it as: Preemptive loyalty pledge to dear neo-fascist Nat C's leader Trump.
