Die teuersten Stiefel die ich je gekauft habe waren Ende der '90er die #DocMartens. Das bezieht sich NICHT auf den Kaufpreis sondern auf den Kaufpreis in Relation zur Zeit die ich die Stiefel getragen habe. Doc Martens sind NICHT billig und es hat nach dem Kauf ganze 7 Minuten gedauert bis sie kaputt waren. Doc Marten wirbt mit 'AirWear' was bedeutet sie haben eine hohle, luftgefüllte Sohle. Ich habe sie damals gekauft, habe den Laden verlassen, bin in eine Scherbe getreten und die Schuhe waren kaputt. KAUFT KEINE DOC MARTENS!

Als ich vorhin am #Kaiserplatz in #Bonn #City gestanden habe und darauf gewartet habe dass meine Frau vom MRT kommt hatte ich eine eher unangenehme Begegnung mit einer jungen Frau. Die starrte mich ununterbrochen an, kam dann auf mich zu, sprach mich an um mir #Modetipps zu geben weil sie ja selbst in der kalten Jahreszeit #DocMartens tragen würde die aber im Sommer zu kurzen Hosen einfach nicht passen würden. Ich wäre gerne SEHR unhöflich geworden, konnte mich aber beherrschen, habe ihr erklärt warum ich #Einsatzstiefel trage und ihr angeboten sie dahingehend zu beraten damit sie nicht weiter wie so ein Depp Lifestyle-Stiefel kaufen muss.

Okay fellow #vegan #Canadians - I need some #boot #recommendations I have some #DocMartens that aren't cutting it. They're difficult to get on and off, and aren't warm enough.
I'd love a slip-on chelsea boot kinda thing. Was eyeballing the Icebug Valda-NT (pictured), but they are out of my size. Is there anything similar?
Must be vegan, easy on/off, and come in black - bonus points if they are "outdoorsy" and/or fit a #punk-ish aesthetic. Assume price is not an issue.
