Today is also my 450th day aboard my boat, #DoItNow, on the #GreatLoop. (Not bad for someone the critics said was wasting her money on a boat she'd never use, eh?🤣)
I should be finished with my Great Loop trip in mid August. (Hooray! I'm READY to be done.) Then, after jumping through a bunch of hoops that involve a truck, a trailer, and wide load signs, I’ll have my boat back in the PNW for a month of cruising in the San Juan Islands and Desolation Sound, with and without friends aboard.

Today is the 11th anniversary of my personal #Freedom Day, the day my #divorce decree was issued and I was free from the boring idiot I had foolishly spent half my life with.
Back in 2013, I celebrated that event the next day by buying the 10 acres of rural residential land I’d build my new home and life on.

It's the end of December. I'm hanging out in shorts and a tank top on the aft deck of my boat, anchored in the Florida Keys, watching the moon rise while the sky fills with stars overhead and the city of Miami is a bright glow out to the north. The boat's stereo is playing mellow music from my collection. Waves rock the boat ever so gently.
