    A maintenance/bugfix release:

    • `dnsping`: validate the source IP against the -4/-6 flag
    • `dnsping`: fix a div-by-zero in stats and reuse TCP connections for fixed source ports
    • Cleanly reset shutdown state between runs
    • Bumped `cryptography` to pick up the OpenSSL security fix
