Ukrainian sources say it was 38 OLD ballistic missiles (SS-24) with 1,800 tons of rocket fuel stored to decommission at the Pavlohrad Chemical Plant.

Russian claims two divisions (up to 16 missiles) of S-300P were destroyed. In addition, supply vehicles with reserve ammunition were hit.

Ukrainian officials are still not showing photos or videos, so it looks military target was struck.
